The hotel was situated in a great location, making it easy to get to major attractions. We particularly enjoyed being close to the riverfront and other key landmarks. The rooms were kept clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable which made our stay pleasant. Additionally, the hotel offered complimentary Wi-Fi which was very useful.
We had trouble finding the hotel as the map provided online led us in the wrong direction. Upon reaching the hotel, the lift's red light gave the wrong impression which made us uncomfortable and scared. It was difficult to assess if we were in the right place, and this detracted from our overall experience.

Stayed at this hotel during Christmas holidays. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel is situated at a convenient location, close to major tourist sites and transportation; made it easy for us to explore the city. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. it was a pleasant stay.
The hotel was difficult to locate as the map provided was incorrect and misleading. It was a bit frustrating to find the hotel as we ended up going in the wrong direction.
